FAISALABAD: A
dditional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Yaqoob awarded death sentence
to a murderer from Nishatabad police station’s case.
According to the prosecution on Saturday, Akram
Ali – with his brothers Muhammad Ashraf, Irshad Hussain and Ali Raza – had killed his foe Arshad Ejaz in 2011
.
The court awarded the capital punishment to Akram and directed him to pay Rs 200,000 as compensation to heirs of the deceased. Otherwise
, he will have to undergo a
dditional six months of imprisonment.
